Legal Assist et. al. was created by Patti Morin and Teryn Floyd, paralegals with an extensive combination of formal training and over twenty years of experience, to meet the customized legal support services desired by many local law firms. Legal Assist et. al. intends to become the premier provider of legal support services to their customers by providing outstanding service using their knowledge, experience and expertise.  

During their years of employment with prominent and successful law firms in St. Petersburg, Patti and Teryn have gained extensive knowledge and experience in litigation (both state and federal courts), personal injury law, criminal law, contract law, real estate, probate and much more. They also realized a “niche” in the need for exceptionally qualified and experienced legal support that could be customized to meet the various needs that individual firms require.
