Interviews and Client Meetings

   We can attend new client sign-ups, review discovery with clients, obtain witness statements or handle settlement packages.   As experienced paralegals and notary publics, we are familiar with many legal documents and the necessity of obtaining complete and thorough information or responses and insuring that all documents are fully completed and notarizred.  We can also provide tape recordings (and transcription) of any meetings or interviews upon your request.         

Document preparation and File administration

   Our extensive experience in litigation matters has provided us with the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare various documents, pleadings, demand packages, complaint packages (from summons to discovery requests), subpoenas (inc. duces tecum and expert) and more.  You can provide dictated information or we can perform a thorough review of the file materials.  We can assist with organization of files, records or other documents, or  manage and follow-up on discovery.

  
Mediation and Trial

     We can assist with mediations through drafting mediation statements, preparing power point presentations, and organizing the file and exhibits.  
   We can provide trial assistance through preparing and serving subpoenas and performing skip traces to locate missing witnesses, preparing record and deposition summaries, preparing jury instructions or transcribing your opening and closing statements.
